1. How to pay for your order?

TT, L/C sight, West Union, O/A, and other payments.

2. How to deliver after placed an order?

We can deliver by sea, air, express, railway as you required.

3. Are you a trader or manufacturer?

We owned a plant specialized in producing repair&splicing material and pulley lagging. Meanwhile, we sourcing & distributing the other conveyor components.

4.How about your price level in the industry?

Based on our many years of rubber industry experience and professionalism, our prices are more favorable in the same quality grade. Welcome you to compare prices with other suppliers.

5. Can I get samples to test? How does it charge?

Yes, samples are available for free, But we don’t bear the express cost.

6. Do you have export experience?

Yes, we have established lasting cooperation relationships with some customers in different countries. we know very well the market demand & product standard of many countries

7. What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days to return the product with the quality problem from the date you received it

8. What’s the lead time after we placed the official PO?

For regular products, it will be 6-8 working days;

For customization products, the leading time depends on our production line.

9. Can you use our company logo or label?

Yes, we can make customized characteristics, labels & logos.

10. How about your export package?

For the pulley lagging & Impact Bar&Skirt, they packed with solid plywood case;

For the  Repair&Splicing material, they packed in carton and then put into plywood case;

and the other accessories pack according to the official export requirement.

11. Which kind of certificate do you have?

SAFETY CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL FOR MINING PRODUCTS; All products meet or exceed quality standards and quality control procedures conform to the strict requirements of the industry standards.

12. How to Install Pulley Lagging or Use Repair Material& other conveyor accessories?

We could supply installation & maintenance guidance for you by operation manual or video.

We can also go abroad for On-Site installation & maintenance service if it is needed.

13. Can you support the Third-party inspection?

Yes, we accept the third-party inspection as your requirement.
