1. How to pay for your order?

TT, L/C sight, West Union, O/A, and other payments.

2. How to deliver after placing an order?

We can deliver by sea, air, express, and railway as you require.

3. Are you a trader or manufacturer?

We own a plant specialized in producing Conveyor Repair Materials, Belt Splicing Material, conveyor pulley lagging,  etc. Meanwhile, we source and distribute a range of conveyor maintenance materials.

4. How about your quality level in the industry?

Established technical cooperation with several scientific research institutions, together with experienced production experience& advanced inspection equipment,  we assure to supply High-quality products always.

5. Can I get samples to test? How does it charge?

Yes, samples are available for free, but we don’t bear the express cost.

6. Do you have export experience?

Yes, we have established lasting cooperation relationships with some customers in different countries. We know very well the market demand & product standard of many countries

7. What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days to return the product with a quality problem from the date you received it

8. What’s the lead time after we place the official PO?

For regular products, it will be 6-8 days.

We have 4 production lines for conveyor belt maintenance products manufacturing, we always have a plan to guarantee a good delivery time

9. Can you use our company logo or label?

Yes, we can make customized characteristics, labels & logos.

10. How about your export package?

For the pulley lagging & Impact Bar, and Skirt, they are packed with a solid plywood case.

For the Conveyor Repair& Belt Splicing material, we packed it in cartons and then put it into plywood cases;

and the other accessories pack according to the official export requirements.

11. Which kind of certificate do you have?

SAFETY CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL FOR MINING PRODUCTS; All products meet or exceed quality standards, and quality control procedures conform to the strict requirements of the industry standards.

12. How to Install Pulley Lagging or Use Repair Material& other conveyor accessories?

We could supply installation & maintenance guidance for you by operation manual or video.

We can also go abroad for On-Site installation & maintenance service if it is needed.

13. Can you support the Third-party inspection?

Yes, we accept the third-party inspection as per your requirement.
