1. T2 Extruder Gun Application
If the conveyor belt is torn on a large scale, you need to use the T2 extruder gun system to fill the torn part first, then paste the repair strips on both sides of the conveyor belt to finish the repair.
With the help of the extruder gun T2 system, the adhesive strength is stronger than you paste the repair strip directly, and the repair surface is more smooth, beautiful, and not easy to appear the tackles problem.
During the pulley lagging process, no matter how tight you wrapped the rubber plate, there is a gap at the seal of the rubber plate. 2. T2 Glue Gun Working Principle
The T2 glue gun adopts the principle of cold vulcanization. When using it, the AB glue strip needs to be filled inside the glue gun. Under the action of the A+B composite adhesive, it can be integrated with the original belt to prevent delamination and shedding. It can completely avoid the occurrence of rework.
AB glue strips are made of highly wear-resistant rubber, which has a higher abrasion coefficient and the same wear resistance as the rubber on the working surface of the conveyor belt. Under normal circumstances, the filled conveyor belt can have the same service life as the original conveyor belt.
3. How to use T2 Extruder Gun

- After mixing the AB components of the T2 adhesive in a ratio of 1:1, apply uniformly on the sealing part;
- Fill the T2 compound glue into the filling port of the glue gun, spray the compound glue on the V-shaped seal, and use a compaction roller to roll it smoothly;
- Use a utility knife for partial treatment to ensure that the filling part is flat and beautiful.
