As an emergency maintenance method, Cold Bond Repair is urgent needed by customers sometimes. We provided emergency supply solutions for customer in this case. Every time we strive to deliver the goods to the customer as fast as possible , to address the urgent needs of customers and avoid more loss.

 

1. Questions and challenges from the customers

The customer’s problem is our main concern, providing customers with the suitable solution is our consistent pursuit.

On August 31, 2012, a Korean distributor who worked with the local lafarge halla cement contact us. Unfortunately, Lafarge cement happened a big accident. 4 persons gone aways and the conveyor system was also greatly damaged and stropped to work. He required 60 roll fabric repair strips urgently to use. We confirmed the order and start to our work  immediately.

2. Suggestion & Solution

We started our emergency solution at once, put down our other orders that were being arranged and require the workers to produce their repair patches at once. We also ask some workers to work with the night shift and finish all the production & testing on the second day earlier.

The goods were sent off to the airport at 8:00 a.m.

And the exporter booked the latest flight already, the goods were arranged customs declaration at the first time after the incoming cabin. The whole process of the order confirmation, production, book flight, customs clearance was completed within 2 days. And then we assisted the customer to make customs clearance, they get the product and put it into use in the shortest time, avoiding more losses from the working site.

 

3. Achievements:

The customer wonder at our efficiency and very appreciate our cooperation. This event enabled the customer to recognize the efficiency of our production and work, as well as the high level of responsibility for customer service. The customer said that the first choice for all cooperation in this field will be us.
